APPENDIX 1 - USING ROI TO ANALYZE SAGITTAL AND CORONAL
SECTIONS
The process is basically the same as that described in the Analyze the Image section. The changes
are that whenever you switch to a new plane,
- 1) ROI automatically resets the scale to the original value, so you must
reset it to 40.
- 2) ROI will determine stats using the boxes you made analyzing the
previous plane(s), so you must delete all the objects before making the
new ones.
