Bronchial Stenosis

by Janice Cook-Granroth and Geoffrey McLennan, M.D.

Patient History

A woman with a chronic cough. The chest x-ray and CT scan showed calcified lymph nodes around the right main bonchus, consistent with old histoplasmosis. Bronchoscopy was normal, but the 3D display revealed areas that were heavily calcified. Bronchoscopy was reviewed for early broncholith formation.
