The patient is an eighty year old female with lingular hemotoma.

Movie:
This scan starts at the neck and continues through the tracheal stenosis. There are 406 slices scanned at 1 mm apart with a 0.5mm overlap taken on the helical CT scanner. Slices 320-323 and slices 324-327 show the obstruction in the lingular divison bronchus.
