In the flipper panel, select input button and the disk button. On the directory line type in the directory of the image data set. On the file line type in the name of the file to be transposed. Remember to hit return after typing. Do the same for the output file directory and filename by selecting the output button and following the same procedure. Next, on the flip line, select the "X"(this flips the right and left sides of the image) and the "Z" buttons (this flips the image along the head-to-foot axis). Now, select the go button. The go button causes the program to flip the image and write the flipped image to the output file.
