Submissions for Imaging and Image Analysis Protocols Providing Dynamic and/or Volumetric Image Data

In addition to providing our own imaging protocols, we would like to make this a location where others can publish their imaging and image analysis protocols as well. More specifically, we are looking for clinical or research imaging and image analysis protocols which provide useful dynamic and/or volumetric image data.

Protocols should include:

Patient positioning
Special instructions to the patient to be given during scanning
Scan parameters
Scanner type
Slice thickness
Slice spacing
Contrast timing if appropriate
Type of contrast agent
If scanning is done using MR, PET, SPECT, etc., then a whole host of other pertinent information should be provided.

If you have specific software available for a unique image analysis task associated with your protocol, we would be happy to have you publish the image display and analysis protocol here as well. Or perhaps, your image display and analysis protocol is something which might be accomplished by most image display and analysis packages, in which case, please give the generic details of the analysis protocol.

If you do not know how to write html documents or don't have the time, we would be happy to consider offering our services at no cost to you if you are willing to provide the ASCII file with the appropriate text, image and movie files, and fax or e-mail us a document (hand drawn if necessary) showing us how you want everything layed out. Of course, we may not have time to keep up with this task depending upon how many submissions we receive, so if we are supposed to provide services other than simply linking in your html document to our server, please contact us with a rough outline of the project before going too far along the road of writing the ASCII files.

We look forward to your submissions. Of course, we will give full credit as to the source of each submission.
