Tube Geometry - Select Volume
This window allows the user to load the original and the segmented file into shared memmory. Then the files
may be displayed to the screen for the user to view and manipulate.
To call this program package up do the following:
Press the right-mouse key down on the Tube Geometry Analysis File button.
Drag the cursor down to the Load menu item .
Drag the cursor to the right and then down and stop on load images... button.
Release the right-mouse key to select the load images menu item.
Original Image Canvas:
Select the original file by using the scroll bar to view the files in shared
memmory and the left click on the file needed.
Note: The original file may be substituted with the segmented file
and the program will still work .
Segmented Image Canvas:
Select the segmented file by using the scroll bar to view the files in shared
memmory and the left click on the file needed.
Tube is Line:
The tube line is for selecting whether the segmented tube is the "brightest pixel" or the "darkest pixel" so the program knows the pixels to use for doing the calculations and manipulations.
Orientation Button:
The orientation button is used for telling the program what the original
file is position so the calculations may be done
correctly. For more information.
Display Button:
The display button when clicked on brings up four windows: transverse projection, sagittal projection, coronal projection, and define centriod. These are the main windows needed for
making calculations of tubal dimensions. For more information.
