Tube Geometry - Stats

This module calculates the statistics for each slice and displays them to a window or to a printer.

Calculate Button

The calculate button calculates and then displays the arrea, anterior-posterior length, lateral length, and the position of the tube for each slice in the data set. At the beginning of the window display or print out there is some summary information on the date and the data set used to help with record keeping.

On the TGA: Stats window there is a options button. There are two options listed and they are calculate and print.

Calculate button

This button re-calculates the statistics and displays them in the TGA: Stats window.

Print Button

The print button sends the same information generated by the calculate button to the printer.
