``threshold'' -- intensity thresholding

purpose:

Threshold a volume using a user-preset threshold. All voxels > than the threshold are set to 1; all other voxels are set to 0.

input:

An 8-bit volume.

output:

A thresholded version of the input 8-bit volume.

parameters:

Default parameters menu is

threshold = 0
* input from vol # = 0
* copy output to vol # = 0
*
