- purpose:
- Find the minimum bounding 3-D rectangle
(cuboid) that encompasses all nonzero objects in the input
volume. The function gives the starting
coordinates
and the x, y, and z dimensions of this rectangle.
This function is used on a binary-valued (segmented) volume.
- input:
- An 8-bit volume.
- output:
- A message on the screen giving the starting
coordinates and dimensions of the minimum bounding 3-D
rectangle.
- parameters:
-
Default parameters menu is
input from vol # = 0
*
copy output to vol # = 0
*
- comments:
-
- This function can only be used in menu mode.
- A fast function.
